Film

    

    Films reflect the beliefs and values of my society by including themes, messages, and characters that resonate with my worldview. They can portray cultural norms, social issues, and moral values, shaping and influencing societal perspectives. Films make me think about their music and the different messages they portray. The relationship between myself and the film is whatever I want it to be. Depending on what I watch, I could be mad, sad, happy, curious, or even confused by film.

  Sunday, November 12, 2023 Week 11- Intro to Humanities Performing Arts/Music Weekly Questions: Describe a LIVE event you attended. Was it more moving than what you would have experienced had you viewed the play at home or listened to the music in your car or on headphones? What else do you get at a live event that you don't get from recorded versions of the same performances? My First Concert     The first concert I ever attended was Taylor Swift with my dad. I think I was 10 or 11 at the time, and I can remember standing in the crowd feeling awestruck. How everyone in the crowd seemed to follow her every move was cool. My dad got the tickets last minute, which was a good thing, too, because we ended up in the front row, and I got to see Ed Sheeran too.
