Week 2- Intro to Humanities

Personal Thoughts on Learning

Weekly Questions:

  1. What is your story?

My Story?

When I think about my story, I know I can say anything and everything about when I was little, but as in my whole story... I don't know; it's just starting. I have no idea what my story is or who is writing it, but good Lord, sometimes I could use a break.  I don't know what my story is yet. I know what I want it to be and what it would look like on paper, but I will only know for a while. However, I would want it written down in a book if I had to write my own story. I want it to smell like a good old find in a library. It would have a dark blue cover, spine, and back. My name would be written on the front in curvy white lettering.

I want my story to be filled with happy stories, not sad ones, but everyone knows that sad moments are there to break you down and build you back up stronger than before. I've had a lot of sadness, but it makes me stronger. I still have my days where I find myself looking up, asking, why? I want my story to be full of helping others and having many furry loved ones running around. I am talking about dogs, I promise :)

So, the truth is I'm not sure what my story is yet, but when I figure it out, I hope I'm happy and loved.

  1. This is beautiful! You are an optimist and yet a realist as well.
